We first bought out 17 inch brush pro from Magic Wand after finding them online. Quick, easy purchase. Was called from the office a few times to confirm everything and before I knew it the machine was at our front door. Just ordered the more aggressive bristles for it as the blue ones seem to wear out quickly. Also the more aggressive will be great for commercial carpet. We will be getting rid of our 8 host machines and switching to Brush Pros soon and will continue to use your company. Thank you for the service!
